Hyperconverged infrastructure solutions are making substantial inroads into a broader set of use cases and deployment options, but limitations exist. I& leaders should view HCI solutions as tools in the toolbox, rather than panaceas for all IT infrastructure problems.
Deal registrations are valid for 90 days from when deal registration is approved.
A joint, face to face meeting is required within 30 days of the deal registration or Datrium reserves the right to disqualify the registration.
Datrium reserves the right to market and sell into any potential customer in which an opportunity was either disqualified or lost.
If an end-user requests specified pricing on a reseller’s owned and operated web property that could be construed as a Datrium owned website, Datrium reserves the right to disqualify the registration.
Upon acceptance of the deal registration, it is the expectation of Datrium that the reseller is presenting Datrium products as the only storage solution for that specific opportunity. If it is determined that competing products are being presented to the customer, Datrium reserves the right to terminate the registration.
A prospective opportunity will only be approved for the first reseller to register the opportunity. If another reseller has already registered the opportunity, the reseller is only entitled to standard discounts.
The end-user listed on the deal registration must be willing to work with the registered reseller. If the end-user submits in direct writing to Datrium that they are unable to work with the registered reseller the registration will be disqualified.
